tastiest dishes from the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral
community in
Toledo, Ohio. The cookbook features suggested menus, helpful
hints, educational side notes, and over 500 recipes of classic and
contemporary Greek and American cuisine, some reaching as far
back as five generations.
Appetizers,
lamb, seafood, breads and desserts are just a few of the
chapters, with specially-marked Lenten dishes. The cookbook also
features a recipe from Greek-American chef Michael Symon, star
of
Food Network’s Iron Chef America.
