Happy New Year to our Holy Trinity family!! It is with a renewed spirit and excitement that your Stewardship committee looks to the coming year. We ended 2016 with a record 285 stewards! What an amazing, positive response to our Stewardship Commitment Card Program! Our goal this year is to reach out to the over 500 families that we know exist within our Holy Trinity family. We will measure our success this year based on our ability to increase the number of stewards who fill out a Stewardship Commitment Card. It is logical to make the connection that the more stewards that we gain, the more successful we will be at achieving a level of giving that will support the needs of this Cathedral.
In conjunction with this year’s theme, “Be a Part of Our Holy Trinity Team”, we will be dividing this year’s 2017 campaign into four quarters. Though it’s hard to believe, the end of the first quarter is this month already! (As you may recall, we started our 2017 Stewardship campaign on Stewardship Sunday this past October.) As a way of keeping you informed, motivated, and excited about bringing new stewards into our “TEAM”, we will be passing out a small “treat” on Sunday, January 22nd as you enter the social hall.
Thank you to all of you who fulfilled your 2016 Stewardship! Your generosity is keeping our Cathedral alive and thriving! Our challenge to everyone is to spread the word about the good works happening here at Holy Trinity and encourage everyone to make a commitment in some way to our Holy Trinity Cathedral. What we are doing here at Holy Trinity is working! We thank you again for embracing the change and together, we will work towards having 100% of our parishioners filling out 2017 Stewardship Commitment Cards.
